01Who we are

Dharti Group (“we”, “us”) is a real estate developer with its office at 641–642 Ijmima Complex, Off Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400 064. For the personal data described in this policy, we decide how and why it is used, which makes us its data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

02What we collect

What you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. Depending on the form, that is:

• your name, phone number, email address and designation;
• details of your housing society, if you are asking about redevelopment;
• the role you are looking for, your work history, your LinkedIn profile and the CV you attach, if you apply for a job;
• your company name, GST number, MahaRERA registration and the areas you work in, if you register as a channel partner;
• anything you choose to write in a message.

We ask only for what we need to reply to you.

What is collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. They are used to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not collect. This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. It keeps one small note in your browser’s session storage so that the opening animation plays only once per visit. That note holds no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about a home or a redevelopment.
• To consider your application for a role with us, now or in future.
• To review and take forward your registration as a channel partner.
• To keep this website working and secure.
• To meet our obligations under law.

We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you with it.

04Your consent

We use the personal data you send us on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and for the other lawful uses the law allows. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before, but it may mean we can no longer help with your request.

05Who we share it with

We do not share your personal data with anyone except the service providers who help us run this website, and only for that purpose:

• Web3Forms, which receives what you submit through our forms and delivers it to our inbox;
• our website and email hosting providers, who store the site and our mail;
• Google Fonts, which serves this site’s typeface, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose personal data where the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

Our pages link to our Instagram and LinkedIn profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.

06How long we keep it

• Enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them and any follow-up.
• Job applications on file, so we can consider you for future roles, until you ask us to delete them.
• Channel partner registrations for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and other laws require.

After that, we delete it.

07Keeping it safe

This site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to what you send us is limited to the people at Dharti Group who need it. We take reasonable security measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects your data.

08Your rights

You can ask us:

• for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
• to correct, complete or update it;
• to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.

09Children

This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a complaint about how we handle your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at info@dhartigroupinfra.com with “Privacy” in the subject line, or by post to Dharti Group, 641–642 Ijmima Complex, Off Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400 064.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
