Our footprint

The western suburbs, and now the heart of the city.

Most of our developments are in Malad, Kandivali and Borivali, areas that have evolved far beyond being considered suburbs. Now we are adding Sion, where our next development is coming up, much closer to the centre of the city.

With the expansion of Mumbai's Metro and Coastal Road networks, commuting across the city has become remarkably convenient. We have built along the western line from the start, and Sion is the first step of that work into the heart of Mumbai.
